Cinnamon Roll Cupcakes 2.0....

Remember the failed cinnamon roll cupcakes from last week?  Well, I went ahead and gave it one more shot.  And guess what??  They turned out perfect (in my opinion at least).  So...here they are....

This recipe came from my Better Homes and Gardens Cupcakes magazine.  You can find the exact recipe here: Cinnamon Roll Cupcakes.  The only real change I made was to use cream cheese frosting instead of buttercream.  I thought it fit better with the whole cinnamon roll thing going on. ;-)  The cream cheese frosting recipe I like can be found here: Cream Cheese Frosting.  And I think the next time I make this recipe I will put just a little bit of cinnamon right into the batter.  I still don't really know what I did wrong the first time.  I guess it was just one of "those" days!
